Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Damian Haller, Ártala – Jahrzähler, Haldenrainstraße 156, 70437 Stuttgart, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 172 692 15 28, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, reproducing the content of the contract including the above-mentioned conditions for premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
